Terms and definitions:
Program – «GOLDEN STANDART» reward program offers discounts and additional privileges for loyal guests of KULIBIN parkhotel & suites.
Participant (of the program) – a cardholder of loyalty program «GOLDEN STANDART».
Loyalty card – a special card identifying Guest among other participants. Allows cardholder to get discounts and special privileges. The card’s identification number corresponds to the virtual account of pointes that are rewarded for accommodation at the Hotel.
Terms of participation:
1. Any Guest after 1st stay at KULIBIN parkhotel & suites may join PRIVILEGE PROGRAM by filling in application form at the Hotel reception.
2.GOLDEN STANDART loyalty card is given after filling an application form. Card’s level depends on balance of virtual account.
3. In case Loyalty card is used by third part (not card holder) discount is valid only for accommodation. Extra privileges are not applied. Accepted forms of payment: cash or credit card.
4. Exclusive privileges can be applied within current stay after loyalty card is given. Accommodation discount is valid for next reservation.
5. Show Loyalty card at our Hotel, get discounts and earn bonus points (value: КULIBIN Point = 1 RUB) to Your personal virtual account. Bonuses are rewarded for accommodation service only.
6.You may check Your account balance at the Hotel reception or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Full name and loyalty card number are required for identification.
7. It is recommended to present loyalty card every time at the check-in and confirm membership while booking.
8. A number of privileges changes according to card’s level.
9. Discounts and privileges according to the program are valid for open rates and in case of direct booking via phone or email email@example.com. Bookings made through travel agencies, companies, tour operators, online booking channels etc are not subjects to the program.
10. Discounts offered on rooms may not be combined with other offers and may not be applied to past bookings.
11. Accommodation discount is valid for reservations paid directly by cardholder by cash or credit card at the Hotel.
12. Discounts for Hotel’s extra services and personal privileges are valid for direct bookings by open rates. Not valid for the group or reservations through travel agencies.
